[00:00:10] Hey, everybody, my name is Chris Smith. I am the host of the shit yeah show. I am really excited to get this going. It's been something that I want to do for a very long time because I am so passionate about changing the restaurant business. I personally hate it. The restaurant business sucks. It's death by a thousand cuts. It impacts everybody in the world. And there are so many people that want to get in the restaurant business or are impacted by it. And so I believe that as we're on this journey to make all six stakeholders of our business say shit. Yeah. And we solve problems in the restaurant business, the best way for me to understand, uh, where to go and how to do that is this podcast. So we're going to be interviewing all six stakeholders, uh, employees, team members of our business, other businesses, other restaurants. We're going to be, uh, interviewing our franchisees as well as franchisees of other brands, fans of all businesses, but especially the fans of Zunzis and Zunzibar. We want to know exactly what makes them say shit. Yeah. After that, we operate in many communities, and as an expanding business, we want to be a part of those communities. So we'll talk about Zunzi Fest, why we focus on giving to grow. Right. The key to our growth is through giving. And so that's really a big part of why we open and why we expand in different communities. After that, it takes so many different vendors to make all six stakeholders say shit. Yeah. They're a huge part of our business. We want to celebrate them them, but also talk about what makes their business so hard, because the restaurant business sucks for those vendors, for sure. And then after that, we're going to talk to investors, private equity people that are investors in our business, other businesses. Why do they choose to invest in the hardest business in the world? We want to know about that, the things that they're passionate about. And hopefully in the process, we can make everybody say shit. Yeah.
